Elaine Raifman

Elaine Raifman possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Prosserman JCC since August 2006 and also as the Human Resources Manager at Schwartz/Reisman Centre - JCC since May 2019. Raifman has held multiple roles, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Associate & Accounts Payable Supervisor, demonstrating a strong commitment to the field. Educationally, Raifman studied at Seneca Polytechnic, earning degrees in Police Foundations over two periods from 2004 to 2019.
