Tom MacLeod

Tom Macleod is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government, media, and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Head of the First Minister’s Questions Team at The Scottish Government, Tom has previously held key roles in policy management and negotiating strategy within various governmental departments. Tom also contributes as a Trustee for the Global Legal Action Network, where innovative legal initiatives are employed to address human rights issues. With a background in journalism that includes roles as a news anchor and presenter at Sky News and the BBC, Tom has a solid foundation in international affairs and politics. Tom holds a Master's degree in Geopolitics and Grand Strategy from the University of Sussex and has completed a NCTJ Gold standard in Journalism.
