Ever Mainard has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. They started their career in 2000 as a Stand Up Comedian, performing in various festivals and appearing on shows like Showtime's "Knock Knock, It's Tig." In 2007, they worked as a Production Assistant and driver for Springboard Productions, coordinating pick-up and drop-off times and managing general office tasks for events like Lollapalooza and Coachella.

In 2013, Ever Mainard began freelancing as a Producer and Production Assistant, working on projects like the 24-hour live stream event "Climate Reality" with Al Gore. They also joined Netflix in 2013, initially as a Comedian, and later as a Post Production Coordinator. Their responsibilities included coordinating post-production activities and providing support to production teams.

In 2014, Ever Mainard worked as a Topic Researcher at Tru TV, where they researched current events and topics for comedy shows. They also assisted in providing legal backup for completed scripts. In 2007, they also briefly enrolled at Improv Olympic to further their education in Improv Comedy.

From 2007 to 2010, Ever Mainard attended The Second City Conservatory in Chicago, focusing on the study of Comedy. Their coursework at The Second City included Improv, Sketch Comedy, and Acting.

In 2017, Ever obtained a certification in Best Actress from Outfest, although the specific month of attainment is not provided.
