Brian Ferguson

Brian Ferguson serves as Chair of The Sedona Conference Working Groups 9 and 10 Steering Committee since March 2023 and holds the position of Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, where Brian specializes in patent litigation with over 30 years of experience. Previously, Ferguson co-headed the Patent Litigation Group at Weil Gotshal and Manges from May 2008 to January 2022, and worked as an attorney at McDermott Will & Emery and Brinks Hofer Gilson and Lione. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Albany Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Union College.
