Joe Stephens, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations across various sectors, including military, healthcare, and fitness. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at The SEFA Group since February 2022, Joe previously held roles as an Employment Counselor/Trainer at Serco and Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Heritage Communities.
