John Carroll

John Carroll is the CEO and Founder of Service Council™, a position held since November 2009, where John also serves as a board member and investor. In addition to this role, John Carroll founded HOPE Foundation LLC in 2020. From June 2017 to April 2022, John Carroll was a co-owner and investor at Rainbows Pottery Studio, a boutique pottery studio in Beacon Hill. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Revenue Officer at SAPinsider from January 2019 to July 2020, Vice President of Marketing at Single Source Systems in 2009, and various leadership roles at Aberdeen Group from July 2005 to October 2009. Earlier in the career, John Carroll was the Area VP of Sales at Avaya from January 2001 to June 2005. John Carroll holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
