Christopher DiMicco, CSPO, CSM, has extensive experience in business systems management, project management, and vendor relations, currently serving as Manager of Business Systems at The Shade Store since January 2015. Responsibilities include directing IT initiatives, mentoring project teams in agile methodologies, and optimizing vendor relationships. Previously, Christopher held roles such as Business Systems Analyst and Senior Technical Sales Manager, where capabilities included transforming workflows, developing documentation for training, and achieving significant sales goals. Additional experience spans roles in customer support, food service management, and mentoring, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marist College.
