Robyn Breaux

Robyn Breaux has a comprehensive background in human resources, spanning over two decades. Robyn began their career at Northrop Grumman in 1995 as an Employment Representative. Robyn then joined Aeroframe in 2001 and served as the Human Resources Manager for over a decade. In 2012, they joined ERA Helicopters LLC, where they worked in Human Resources for a year. In 2013, Breaux transitioned to CB&I as a Human Resources Manager, a role they held until 2020. Most recently, they have joined The Shaw Group as the VP of Human Resources, where they currently hold the position.

Robyn Breaux attended McNeese State University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a BA degree in Elementary Education. Robyn also obtained additional certifications, including Certified Professional from SHRM in 2015 and Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2008.
