Andrew Hartley

Andrew Hartley is responsible for the business development and marketing of the College, engagement with employers and key stakeholders on apprenticeships and skills training solutions, and management of the estate.

Andrew joined the College in 2016 from System Training, one of the UK’s leading training providers for the logistics industry. Prior to that, Andrew worked for 10 years at the University of Derby as Managing Director of the organisation’s business to business operating arm.

The role involved providing work-based learning and skills development solutions to employers, research, innovation and knowledge transfer services, business start-up and enterprise support services and conferencing and meeting facilities and services.
