Mina Fouad

Mina Fouad is an experienced manager and consultant with a strong background in procurement optimization and operational leadership. Since December 2019, Mina has contributed to The Shelby Group, focusing on aligning procurement strategies and processes for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to this role, Mina served at ALDI USA as a District Manager, overseeing multiple supermarket locations and driving performance improvements. Additional experience includes work as an Indirect Procurement Intern at Molex, where significant cost savings were achieved, and earlier roles in the financial sector with BMO Harris Bank and TCF Bank, emphasizing client advisement and sales team optimization.
