Martha McClung

Martha McClung has a strong background in organizational development and leadership development. Martha worked as the Director of Vibrant Living at Brightview Senior Living - The Shelter Group, where they supported the creation and enhancement of senior living communities and managed the learning and development function for over 4,000 associates. Prior to that, they held the role of Organizational Development Manager at the same company. Before joining Brightview, Martha worked at Provident Bank as the Leadership Development Manager - VP and at CitiFinancial as the Professional Development Program Manager.

Martha McClung obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Colby College, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. Martha later pursued a Master of Arts degree in French Literature from Columbia University, completing their studies from 1988 to 1990.
