Marnie Woodard

Marnie Woodard is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, planning, analysis, and investment evaluation. Currently serving as Finance Complex Assets at The Signatry since February 2022, Marnie previously held senior management positions at CenturyLink from May 2006 to December 2019, including Director of Finance and Senior Project Manager, leading teams in budget development, financial analysis, and SEC reporting. Marnie's earlier career includes a Senior Manager role at Sprint focusing on financial reporting and SEC compliance, as well as a Management position at Harris Chemical Group/North American Salt Company, where responsibilities included overseeing SEC filings and corporate reporting. Marnie holds an MBA from Baker University and a BA in accounting and economics from Michigan State University.
