Reetika Sharma

Reetika Sharma is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at TSP - The Silicon Partners Inc since December 2022. Prior to this role, Reetika worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Merino Consulting Services from October 2021 to December 2022, and held multiple positions at Raj Home Appliances from October 2014 to September 2021, including Senior Executive Human Resources and Human Resources Executive. Reetika's career began with an internship at Devyani International Limited in August 2014. Academically, Reetika holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management from YWCA, and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from Delhi University.
