Maliyah Destiny

Maliyah Destiny currently serves as a Records Clerk at The Simon Law Firm, P.C. since April 2023 and holds the position of Licensed District Representative at Primerica since February 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Pre-litigation Assistant at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., and as a Legal Assistant at Sandberg Phoenix, where assistance was provided to attorneys prosecuting lawsuits related to asbestos-related illnesses. Maliyah also contributed as litigation support staff in White Collar Crime at the Circuit Attorney's Office from April 2019 to May 2021. Maliyah Destiny is pursuing a Doctorate of Criminal Justice with a specialization in Police-Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University, expected to complete in 2024, and has earned a Master's in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Northcentral University and Harris-Stowe State University, respectively.
