Holly Richards is an experienced talent acquisition and people-focused professional with a diverse background in supporting startups and established companies. Currently serving as a Fractional Head of Talent at Simple Pharma, Androlabs®, and the Orange Panther Collective, as well as a Fractional Head of People at Sook, Holly also founded Candid Consulting to assist early-stage startups in building strong people foundations and improving employee engagement. With a history of impactful roles, including Head of People at Collectiv Food and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at AppNexus, Holly has over 10 years of global recruitment experience spanning agencies, tech giants, and advertising technology sectors. An educational background in Psychology from the University of Southampton complements a commitment to fostering company culture and talent development. Currently a Visiting Fellow at ZINC, Holly supports founders in creating scalable solutions to societal challenges.
