Cindy Garman

Cindy Garman is a highly experienced structural engineer with nearly two decades in the field. Currently serving as Principal at SK&A Structural Engineers since November 2004, Cindy has progressed through various roles, including Associate, Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer, all focused on structural repair and restoration. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Structural Preservation Systems, LLC from November 2003 to October 2004, and at Vstructural LLC from February 2002 to November 2003. Cindy holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland's A. James Clark School of Engineering.
