Aly Patino

Aly Patino is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in retail management and customer experience. Currently serving as Operations Senior Associate and Center Manager at The Skin Center since September 2017, Aly has focused on enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining high standards. Prior experience includes a decade at Victoria's Secret, where responsibilities included managing store merchandising and driving sales growth through effective product lifecycle oversight. Additionally, Aly contributed to leadership efforts as Operations and Staffing Supervisor, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and overseeing labor scheduling and onboarding.
