Andrew Mintz

Andrew Mintz has extensive experience in executive leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Andrew currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Smilist Management, a dental care company with over 60 offices in the Northeast. Andrew is responsible for ensuring an exceptional patient experience and driving innovation in clinical care and technology.

Prior to their current role, Andrew was the Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Fertility from 2021 to 2022. Andrew provided leadership to the company, focusing on fertility services.

From 2015 to 2020, Andrew served as the CEO of Women's Care Florida, where they led a high-quality, patient-driven women's health company across multiple states. Andrew focused on creating cutting-edge care models and transitioning the company to value-based reimbursement.

Before that, Andrew was the CEO of Jersey Health Alliance and CarePoint Health System from 2013 to 2015. Andrew provided leadership to hospital-based and community-based physician groups and developed ambulatory centers in New Jersey.

Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Director of Summit Medical Group of Berkeley Heights, NJ from 1998 to 2008. In this role, they led a 160-physician multispecialty group and implemented various operational and financial programs.

Andrew began their career at NYU Langone Medical Center, where they served as the CEO/MSO and IPA. Andrew played a key role in starting IPA operations and a joint venture MSO, managing practice management services, and building ambulatory facilities.
