Andrew Mintz has extensive experience in executive leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Andrew currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Smilist Management, a dental care company with over 60 offices in the Northeast. Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Director of Summit Medical Group of Berkeley Heights, NJ from 1998 to 2008. In this role, they led a 160-physician multispecialty group and implemented various operational and financial programs.

Andrew began their career at NYU Langone Medical Center, where they served as the CEO/MSO and IPA. Andrew played a key role in starting IPA operations and a joint venture MSO, managing practice management services, and building ambulatory facilities.
