Christopher Behr

Christopher Behr has a diverse work experience in various roles. Christopher started their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Hellen Keller, where they supervised and directed blind and visually impaired children in various activities. Christopher then worked as a Research Assistant at the Social Psycho-Physiology Laboratory.

In 2014, Christopher joined The Compleat Strategist as a Human Resources Assistant and worked there until 2017. Christopher then moved on to MRC Smart Technology Solutions, A Xerox Company, where they served as a Business Development Representative for a year.

In 2018, Christopher became an Employment Specialist at KRA Corporation, where they stayed until 2019. Christopher then joined OEC Group as a Recruitment Coordinator, responsible for coordinating recruitment activities.

Christopher's most recent position was at The Smilist Management, where they worked in various HR roles. Christopher started as a Human Resources Generalist in March 2020 and worked until December 2021. Christopher then became the Human Resources Manager from January 2022 to July 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist at the same company.

Christopher Behr completed their education history as follows:

- From 2018 to 2020, they attended Purdue University, where they obtained a Master of Sciences (M.S.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

- Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they attended the University at Buffalo, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.

- Christopher'shigh school education was completed from 2009 to 2013 at Benjamin N. Cardozo High School, where they received a High School Diploma with a focus on Criminal Justice / Law.

- In addition to their formal education, Christopher Behr obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2022.
