Julie Walker

Julie Walker is an experienced professional in community programs and education, currently serving as the Regional Programs Manager for The Smith Family since October 2021, where Julie leads a diverse team in delivering family support and program services across Western Australia. Previously, as Regional Community Development Manager for The Smith Family, Julie oversaw community development initiatives, managing teams across multiple Child and Parent Centres and Communities for Children FP teams. Prior to joining The Smith Family, Julie accumulated over a decade of experience at the Department of Education in Western Australia, holding positions as a Teacher and Deputy Principal. Julie holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Edith Cowan University.
