Claire Twells began their work experience in 2004 as a Solicitor at Fraser Brown Solicitors. Claire Twells then joined Smith Partnership in 2006 as Partner and Head of Debt Recovery. In this role, they assist the firm's clients, ranging from international companies to individual owner managers, in reviewing credit control proceedings and implementing efficient debt recovery processes. Claire works closely with clients to achieve a cost-effective and timely resolution to their debt problems. Additionally, they are a member of the commercial litigation team and participates in alternative dispute resolution.

Claire Twells completed their LLB (hons) degree in Law from Sheffield Hallam University between the years 1998 and 2001. Following this, they pursued further education by undertaking a Legal Practice Course at Staffordshire University from 2002 to 2003, specializing in the field of Legal.
