Alberto Barbetti

Alberto Barbetti is an experienced Regional Technical Asset Manager for The Social Hub in Italy since December 2019, overseeing a portfolio that includes the Florence Lavagnini property with 390 rooms and 20,000 square meters. Prior to this role, Alberto served as Facility Manager at BH srl from September 2012 to October 2019, where responsibilities included planning installations and refurbishments for three hotels, maintaining equipment and supplies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Alberto holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Firenze and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the same institution.
