Michael Giuliano has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Michael started their career as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Kolbe Hotel in 2007. Michael then worked as Cabin Crew at Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A. in 2011 before transitioning to the role of Front of House Shift Leader at Barcelo Hotel Group. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Duty Manager at Hilton Hotels & Resorts before joining Hotel The Serras Barcelona as Night Manager & Opening Team in 2014. In 2015, they became the General Manager at Hotel San Gallo Palace, where they served for almost five years. Michael then joined Eleva Group in 2016 as a General Manager, overseeing various roles within the organization, including General Manager at Hotel San Gallo Palace and Legal Representative & General Manager at Buoneria Restaurant. In recent years, Michael has held leadership positions at The Student Hotel, serving as General Manager of TSH Bologna and TSH Florence (interim position), and most recently, as Cluster General Manager for Florence & Bologna. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Director of Operations at The Social Hub, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Michael has gained extensive experience in operations, management, marketing, branding coordination, and business development.

Michael Giuliano attended the Istituto Tecnico per il Turismo "Cristoforo Colombo" Roma from 2001 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a diploma in Gestione imprese Turistiche with a focus on Gestione dei servizi di viaggio e turismo.
