Charles Conroy Tan

Charles Conroy Tan is a Deployment Strategist at Palantir Technologies, where the current role began in September 2024 as a University Fellow Intern. Additionally, Charles serves as a Student Fellow at Perry World House since August 2022 and Co-President of The Social Impact Consulting Group since September 2021. Previous experience includes positions as a Product Management Intern at ZNRG, Project Leader at 180 Degrees Consulting, Consulting Intern at Empire MG Inc., and Product Development Intern at Loc.ai. Charles also held the role of Business Development Intern at Singula Institute and worked in Business Intelligence at Dashlabs.ai. Notably, Charles contributed as an Economics and Business Content Creator for Project Lethe, developing free International Baccalaureate revision resources while collaborating with IBlieve. Charles is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science at the University of Pennsylvania, with prior education at The British School Manila and Xavier School, culminating in an International Baccalaureate diploma.
