Kharynton Beggs

Kharynton Beggs currently serves as a Predoctoral Behavioral Research Fellow at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and as a Student Engagement Specialist at The Social Institute. In this role, Kharynton manages the Student Advisory Program, ensuring effective communication and positive experiences for students and reinforcing partnerships. Previous experience includes positions as a Partnership Specialist and various internships at The Social Institute, where Kharynton contributed to HR, operations, and curriculum development. Additionally, Kharynton has interned at PGA TOUR Superstore, The First Tee of Greater Charleston, and held a Development Assistant role at Oglethorpe University. Academic background consists of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Oglethorpe University, with a semester abroad at the University of Oxford. Kharynton has been recognized with the John Deere Power for Good Scholarship and has achieved notable accolades such as first prize in the Wells Fargo Succeeding Together Essay Contest.
