Balazs Paroczay is a seasoned professional in talent sourcing and recruitment, serving as the Founder and CEO of The Source Code Agency since January 2017, where a mission to enhance companies' talent resourcing capabilities is pursued through various consultancy services. Previous roles include Global Sourcing Strategist and Vice President of Global Sourcing at Cielo Talent, where Balazs focused on improving global sourcing expertise.
