Job Title: Clinic Director

FLSA Status: Exempt Classification: Full-time

Supervises: The Clinic Director oversees all positions within the clinic.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Principle Functions: The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the services provided in the clinic and all resource support for their location. This person will hire, train, and provide direct supervision and guidance for all clinic and resource staff and volunteers.

Qualifications:

· Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

· Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of human life and sexual purity.

· Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith and policies of the clinic.

· Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, sociology, non-profit management, or a related field.

· Master’s degree in social work, counseling, nonprofit management, or related field, preferred.

· 3-5 years of managerial experience (business or nonprofit).

· Verbal and written proficiency in Spanish, preferred.

· Experience managing program budgets.

· Experience providing spiritual leadership, discipleship, encouragement, and direction.

· Salesforce experience, preferred

· Peer counseling or professional counseling experience.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

· Well-organized, adaptable, and self-motivated.

Essential Job Functions

· Supervise, organize, plan, assess and monitor all clinic and resource clinic services, including crisis pregnancy intakes and support, STI testing, women’s health services, case management, education, adoption and social services referrals, materials assistance, PAL mentoring program and spiritual support.

· Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all patient services staff and volunteers.

· Coordinate staff in-service trainings quarterly.

· Prepare for annual A2A audit, with support from Team Leads.

· Complete required training for A2A

· Ensure all patient services staff compliance at all times, with the Medical Director's standing orders, policies and procedures.

· Provide backup for all roles within patient services, including crisis pregnancy intake, STI/STD testing/counseling, Front Office coverage, education classes, care coordination, when needed.

· Review patient charts to ensure quality and compliance; meet with staff/volunteers to make corrections when needed.

· Gather and report all patient services metrics monthly and present in monthly All Staff meeting.

· Check-in weekly with Team Leads.

· Conduct bi-weekly Team Meeting.

· Conduct 1-on-1’s with all direct reports once a month.

Management

· Hires, onboards, trains and supervises staff and volunteers with the support of the COO.

· Conduct mid-year and annual staff evaluations making recommendations to COO.

Compliance

· Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines, infection control guidelines, AAA-HC accreditation (or other accrediting body), all A2A guidelines (including updating background checks, reviewing reports) and alert COO of any issues.

· Maintain clinic evaluation systems.

· Ensure that HIPAA and OSHA safety training is performed annually.

Staff and Volunteer Development

· Conduct regular staff/volunteer meetings to provide guidance, receive input, and communicate the vision of The Source, including short-term and long-term plans for patient services.

· Works in collaboration with Care Team and Community Engagement Coordinator to plan and execute quarterly staff and volunteer appreciation.

· Shadow staff and volunteers once per quarter and provide feedback for improvement and encouragement (using 33 process), or if necessary, reassignment.

Reporting

· Keeps COO informed of program activities, updates, and changes, including any potential problems. Makes recommendations to the COO regarding changes, expansions and improvement to the program.

· Maintains records of all Child Protective Services (CPS) reporting.

· Maintains records of Critical Incident Reports and communicates pertinent information to COO.

· Works with COO to communicate all changes given by HHSC regarding A2A funding and compliance to staff and volunteers.

General

· Assist in special events, including annual fundraisers, Source 101’s and church presentations as needed.

· Establish positive working relationships with staff members and volunteers.

· Other duties, as assigned.
