Lindsay Hill

Lindsay Hill is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in internal communications and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager and Internal Communications Lead at The Sovini Group since September 2015, Lindsay has successfully managed communication strategies for approximately 800 employees, launched an employee app, and spearheaded the award-winning Sovini Games campaign. Prior to this role, Lindsay was a Marketing & Communications Business Partner at Alternative Futures Group Ltd, where strategic marketing initiatives were developed to enhance brand visibility and support growth. Experience also includes serving as a Product Marketing Executive at CNH Industrial and as a Marketing Executive at IVECO, focusing on B2B marketing strategies. Lindsay holds a BA Hons in Marketing and Communication from Nottingham Trent University.
