Emma Martin

Emma Martin is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in strategic planning and client management. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Group Client Director at The Specialist Works since November 2016, Emma also holds the position of Strategy and Planning Chair at the Alliance of Independent Agencies since July 2023. Previous roles include Business Director at Zenith and various positions at ZenithOptimedia, where expertise was developed working with clients such as RBS, Natwest, Oxfam, Mars Petcare, and Comic Relief. Emma is well-versed in Bryon Sharp’s Laws of Growth and has completed the Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson multiple times. Emma holds a degree in Combined Social Sciences from Durham University, covering History, Anthropology, and Middle East and Islamic Studies.
