Robert Pliska is currently serving as the President and Owner of Property Investment Counselors - A Sperry Commercial Global Affiliate. With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and investment real estate, they specialize in the sale, financing, leasing, managing, consulting, accelerated marketing, and auctioning of various commercial properties. Throughout their career, they have secured over $1.5 billion in real estate transactions.

In addition, Robert Pliska has held various roles within The Counselors of Real Estate® since 2005, including being a member of the Board of Directors, Exec Committee, Liaison Vice Chair-Programs/Global Task Force, and serving on committees related to ethics and marketing.

Prior to their current role, they served as the Owner/Managing Director of SVN Property Investment Advisors from 2005 to 2021. Robert also served as President of Property Services Group from 1991 to 2005, President of Major Realty Corporation from 1989 to 1990, and Vice President of a Major Developer from 1985 to 1989.

Earlier in their career, Robert Pliska worked as a Senior Vice President at Lambrecht Company from 1980 to 1985 and as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1970 to 1980.

Robert Pliska, CRE, CPA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Michigan State University. Robert also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Detroit Mercy. In addition to their formal education, they are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the State of Michigan. Robert is also a Counselor of Real Estate, certified by The Counselors of Real Estate. Furthermore, they are a licensed Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent in the State of Michigan.
