John Gonzalez

John Gonzalez is an accomplished Dance Educator and Professional Dancer with extensive experience in cheerleading and dance instruction. Currently, John serves as a Dance Educator at Ascend Schools and as a Professional Dancer with the WNBA New York Liberty, while also fulfilling roles as Head Cheer Coach at Port Chester Senior High School and Official/Judge for the sport of STUNT. John's background includes facilitating cheerleading camps and judging competitions with The Spirit Consultants and the Universal Cheerleaders Association. Additionally, John has experience judging regional dance competitions with Step Up 2 Dance and held previous educator positions at Central Queens Academy Charter School and Success Academy Charter Schools. John earned a Bachelor's degree in Dance from Hofstra University and a high school diploma from St. John's Preparatory School.
