Daniel Jeanette has extensive experience in customer experience management and operational roles within the climbing gym industry. Daniel has served as a Chief Operating Officer at The Spot Climbing Gym and a Community Experience Manager at Brooklyn Boulders. In addition, Daniel has worked in business development and membership services management roles at organizations such as MyClimb and Climbing Wall Association, Inc. Prior to this, Daniel held positions in strategic planning and administrative roles at Planned Parenthood of Southern New England and The Connecticut Rock Gym, LLC. Daniel holds a BA in Music from the University of Connecticut.
