Michael Brown

Michael Brown has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the field of human resources. Michael is currently serving as the Regional Director of Human Resources at The Springs of Arkansas since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources/Payroll Manager at Searcy Healthcare, LLC starting from September 2015. Michael also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Community Compassion Center of Searcy from January 2016. Before transitioning into the HR field, Michael worked as a Substitute Teacher at SUBTEACH USA from October 2015 to January 2016. Michael also served as Varsity Assistant Basketball Coach at Des Moines Hoover High School from October 2005 to November 2014. Additionally, they held the position of Clinic Manager at Pacifica Rehab from January 2010 to August 2014 and worked as a Rehab Tech at Fleur Heights Center for Wellness and Rehab from July 1992 to December 2009.

Michael Brown received their Associate's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Iowa Central Community College from 1984-1986. Michael then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Northern Iowa from 1986-1988.
