Nichole Aylett

Nichole Aylett currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Development at The Springs of Arkansas Consulting Services since January 2022, having previously held the position of Regional Director of Business Development overseeing various locations including The Springs of MineCreek, Hillcrest, Magnolia, Eldorado, and Camden. Prior to this role, Nichole worked as the Director of Business Development at The Springs of MineCreek from January 2020 to January 2022 and as the Community Relations and Admission Nurse at Community Compassion of Nashville Ar from October 2019 to January 2020 after a name change of the same organization. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Mine Creek Health and Rehab from May 2012 to October 2019, as a Nurse at Little River Hospital Home Health from June 2008 to May 2012, and as a Nurse at Crystal Falls and Brookwood from June 2007 to March 2008.
