Crystal King is an experienced marketing and public relations professional with a diverse background in strategic communication and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for the City of Saint Paul, Crystal has a proven track record of leading departmental and cross-functional teams to develop user-centered, multi-channel strategic plans. Previous roles include Communications Coordinator at the University of Minnesota and Strategic & Digital Marketing Specialist for the City of Eagan, where Crystal effectively managed communication campaigns, oversaw brand guidelines, and enhanced social media presence. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and a Mini-MBA in Social Media Marketing from Rutgers University, along with a BSB in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Geography from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
