Noureddine Lakhlif

Noureddine Lakhlif is an experienced hospitality professional with a focus on guest services and concierge roles. Currently serving as a Hotel Concierge Les Clefs d'Or at The St. Regis New York since December 2021, Lakhlif previously held the same title at Lotte New York Palace from May 2016 to April 2020. Prior to that, Lakhlif was the Managing Supervisor of a VIP Lounge for an international airline from October 2005 to January 2016, overseeing lounge operations during the pre-opening phase. Lakhlif also served as a Hotel Concierge Les Clefs d'Or at The Waldorf=Astoria & The Waldorf Towers between July 2000 and October 2005, and at The Mark from June 2004 to July 2005. Earlier experience includes working as a Flight Attendant and Cabin Purser for Royal Air Maroc from November 1977 to March 1993. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Hotel Management from the Hotel Management School (Ecole Hôtelière of Rabat), completed in 1976.
