Patty Kueneke

Patricia Kueneke serves as the Vice President of Leasing at TSG The Staenberg Group, responsible for leasing The District of St. Louis since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kueneke was the Manager of Property Management and Leasing at Cullinan Properties, overseeing leasing, property management, and facilities management from September 2021 to April 2023. Kueneke's experience includes serving as a Senior Real Estate Representative at Cullinan Properties, Ltd., where leasing responsibilities for several properties were held from April 2014 to September 2021, and as Vice President and Senior Broker at Gershman Commercial, focusing on major retail and industrial leasing in the St. Louis Metropolitan area from 2003 to 2014. Additionally, Kueneke founded Kueneke Properties, Inc., presiding as President from 2000 to 2003, and held various roles at Amoco Oil Company, InSite Real Estate Development, LLC, and Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation, demonstrating a robust career in commercial real estate and development. Kueneke holds a degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
