Alex Streinger

Alex Streinger currently serves as Sports Editor at The Statesman, a position held since September 2022, after progressing from Assistant Sports Editor and Sports Writer. In parallel, Alex has been an intern at Movendi International since May 2023, contributing to the communication office by drafting and translating documents related to alcohol prevention. Additionally, Alex will intern at The Pollack Group from May to August 2024, where responsibilities include supporting client accounts through pitching, newsjacking, media list building, and competitor analysis. Alex is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science at Stony Brook University, with an expected graduation in 2025.
