Joseph J. Ruzbarsky M.d.

Joseph J. Ruzbarsky, M.D. is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and preservation surgery for the knee, shoulder, elbow, and hip, currently practicing at The Steadman Clinic since November 2020. Joseph completed a fellowship in hip preservation and sports medicine at the Steadman Philippon Research Institute from July 2019 to June 2021. Prior to this, Joseph served as an orthopaedic surgery resident at the Hospital for Special Surgery from May 2014 to June 2019. Educationally, Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and a medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 2014.
