Ryan Richards

Ryan Richards is a seasoned professional in the field of artificial intelligence and engineering, currently serving as a Senior AI Research Scientist at The Stratagem Group since September 2021. Previously, Ryan held multiple roles at Lockheed Martin, including Senior Autonomy/AI Research Engineer and Research Scientist, contributing to advanced autonomy and AI projects from September 2017 to September 2021. Early career experience includes positions as a College Student Technical Specialist at Lockheed Martin, an Undergraduate Grader, and Teaching Assistant at Penn State University, as well as an Undergraduate Researcher focused on gait analysis for Cerebral Palsy patients at Nemours. Ryan obtained a Master of Science in Engineering specializing in Data Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
