Veronique Simmonds

Veronique Simmonds is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Equity Committee Member for the Women in Engineering Network, where Veronique represents the organization on the Faculty SSCC. In addition, Veronique holds multiple leadership roles within The Sustainable Future Collective as Treasurer, Co-President, and Event Planner. Recent experience includes a Project Management Internship at Beca, along with previous positions as a Store Operator at GoodFor Wholefoods Refillery and a Photo Editor at PhotoLife Studios Ltd. Veronique has also contributed as an Office Personal Assistant at Ecology & Co, an Intern at Lejose Fashion Boutique, and a Fashion Intern at Karen Walker. Veronique is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Auckland, with plans for a semester abroad at The University of British Columbia. Educational background includes completing secondary education at Carmel College in Auckland.
