Zdenek Dennis Novotny is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary at Sunwood Revera Living since January 2019, Zdenek also holds the position of Chef de Cuisine at The Italian Kitchen since February 2014 and has been a Senior Sous Chef at The Sutton Place Hotels since December 2012. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Sous Chef at Seasons in the Park from November 2017 to January 2019 and a brief tenure as Director of Culinary at Sunwood Revera Living in January 2019.
