Patrik Drobny started their career as a Trainee Financial Advisor at OVB Allfinanz Slovensko, a.s. in 2013, where they assisted in the mediation of private insurance, loans, and mortgages. Patrik then worked as a Store Team Lead at Subway, where they were responsible for hiring, laying off, and evaluating staff, as well as inventorying and scheduling shifts. In 2014, they worked as an English Language Teacher at CITYcorp and started their own venture called BeerScene. Patrik also worked as a Start-up Scout at Rainmaking Loft and as an Event Project Coordinator at TechBBQ. In 2016, they joined Novo Nordisk as a Finance Intern at Clinical Supplies Supply Chain Planning and later worked as a CMC Development Sourcing Support, where they developed a supplier assessment model. In 2018, they founded BITE Drink, a company focused on creating unique beverages with a sustainability focus. In 2019, they worked as a Pilot product development at IKEA Bootcamp.
Patrik Drobny began their education at Športové gymnázium Jozefa Herdu v Trnave, where they completed their high school education from 2003 to 2011. During this time, they studied societal studies, history, English language, and Slovak language.
After graduating from high school, Patrik attended Bratislavská vysoká škola Práva from 2011 to 2014. Patrik obtained a bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics during this period.
In 2014, Patrik enrolled at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark and pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics and Business Administration: International Business Management. Patrik successfully completed the program in 2017.
Furthermore, in 2015, Patrik participated in an exchange program at Universidad Panamericana, focusing on international business studies.
In 2009, Patrik had the opportunity to be an international exchange student at Yoakum High School in the United States for a year, enhancing their cultural and academic experience.
