Lily Beaumont

Lily Beaumont is an experienced professional in people operations and coaching, currently serving as a Boxing Coach at 1Rebel since April 2019 and taking on a role in Creative & Design at The Talent Business since November 2022. With a strong background in people operations management, Lily has worked as People Operations Manager at Caren Agency from February 2021 to November 2022 and at FLYKICK. from September 2018 to January 2021, where additional responsibilities included Corporate & Community Outreach leadership.
