David Mason

David Mason is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and workforce management, currently serving as Director of Third Party Workforce Management and Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Philip Morris International, where David has significantly expanded the talent acquisition team from approximately 60 to over 220 members, and established a global employer brand. Mason is also an Advisory Board Member for The Forum for In-house Recruitment Managers, bringing strategic insight to the leadership team. Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition and Management at CONTAL LTD, Head of Talent Acquisition (Interim) at Santander UK, and International Talent Acquisition Director at CH2M HILL. Mason has a strong educational background from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
