Victoria Usherenko

Victoria Usherenko has extensive experience in the executive search and technology services sector. Victoria currently serves as the Vice President of The Talent Source Inc, where they leverage their 20 years of experience and industry connections to develop the capabilities of the company. Victoria is responsible for engaging top talent and delivering consulting or permanent solutions to premier brands for various strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Victoria was the Founder and President of ITWomen, where they played an integral role in developing the mission and vision of the organization, as well as strategic planning, fundraising, and membership recruitment. Victoria also served as the Managing Partner of Liaison Search Associates for over 14 years.

Victoria Usherenko attended the University of Michigan from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance.
