Rudy Vandamme

Rudy Vandamme, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social psychology and educational training. Currently, Rudy serves as the Founder of DEEP EVOLVEMENT and works as a Trainer at HRD Academy, focusing on courses designed for modern change professionals and navigating complex systems. As a Taos Associate, Rudy utilizes a social constructionist perspective to create relational practices that foster societal development. Rudy founded NPOW, a network for professionals in development-oriented work, and has supported courses in ecopsychology through Earthwise.education. Rudy’s educational background includes a Ph.D. from Tilburg University, multiple master's degrees from KU Leuven, and additional training in ecovillage education and NLP.
