Niki Kilgore

Niki Kilgore is an experienced operations and administrative manager with a strong background in human resources and office management. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Administrative Manager at The Taproot Agency since May 2014, Niki coordinates all administrative functions and manages employee relations, payroll, and benefits. Previously held the position of HR Administrator at Infinity Software Development and served as a Chapter Leader at Bound4Life. Additional roles include Office Manager/Executive Assistant at CHC and Administrative Assistant to the Retirement Administrator for the City of Tallahassee. Niki began their career in accounts payable at Vaughn Insurance Agency and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Tallahassee Community College.
