L. Leo Davis is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in aerospace and space project management, currently serving at The Tech7 Company since December 2017. Prior experience includes roles in the United States Air Force, where L. Leo Davis instructed over 100 cadets as an AFROTC Instructor, managed acquisition planning and project execution as a Program/Project Manager, and served as a Contingency Contracting Officer during deployments. L. Leo Davis holds multiple advanced degrees in project management and management from American Graduate University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate's degree in Contracting from the Community College of the Air Force.
