Mindy Marler

Mindy Marler is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project and systems engineering, currently serving as Principal Project Engineer at The Tech7 Company since May 2020. Prior to this role, Mindy held similar positions at Sierra Nevada Corporation, where innovation strategies were developed for Tri-Agency operations, and at UpSlope Advisors Inc., focusing on emerging technologies for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Mindy's extensive experience also includes significant contributions to Scitor Corporation, overseeing a $700 million ground system transition, as well as engineering roles at Boeing, Raytheon, and Convergent Group. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Fort Lewis College.
